H. Stephen Berger, President, TEM Consulting Mr. H. Stephen
Berger is President of TEM Consulting, an engineering consulting firm
that specializes in government and industry Relations; advanced technology
business planning; and standards development and regulatory management.
Mr. Berger is a member of the IEEE Standard Board and chair of the IEEE
EMC Society Standards Development Committee. He also served as first Vice-President
of the National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers.
Mr. Berger holds eight patents and was the 1993 recipient of the IEEE
Standards Medallion. He received his BS in Physics from the University
