How to Register

To register, please complete the online registration form.

The registration fee is $25 and includes continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and workshop materials. (Please note that, because the workshop location has been changed, lunch is no longer included.)  The online registration form must be completed and payment must be received by September 30, 2005.
Cancellations and/or substitutions must be requested, in writing, by September 30, 2005.  No refunds will be made after this date.

For security reasons, no on-site registrations will be accepted and all attendees must be registered in advance. Photo identification must be presented for admission into the workshop.
